YOGA RETREAT
August 16th - 18th, 2024
Cle Elum, Washington
We're going glamping!!! The retreat will be held on a 27 acre off grid property with river access, a sauna, and outdoor shower. Beautiful, nourishing meals will be provided Friday dinner through Sunday lunch.

a partner form of acrobatic yoga

Learn the basics of this partner form of acrobatic yoga - basing, flying & spotting. We will be splitting up into groups of 3 or 4. You don't need to come with a partner but are obviously welcome to! Wear comfortable, formed fitting clothing.
This class will be co-facilitated with my friend & acro partner, Kyra Herzberger.
Class capped at 18 students.

Join Mackenzie Rae & Haley DeMarco for this spring themed yoga practice & acupuncture experience. After Mackenzie leads us through a slow & strong yoga flow, Haley will come around to offer acupuncture during an extended savasana. Integrate your experience by sipping on a cup of Chinese herbal tea offered after class.
